Suffering is not an Alien

Hope for the day , Without despair 
Human emotions has numerous power 
Sometimes it outshines our Intelligence 
I could hear the words without meaning 
when it fail to produce without truth.

Agree!Our Complexity of emotions cannot be coherence ever!


Words do not have power until
it gives voice for my silly feelings
Race between Fear and Tear 
at the end they hold hands together 
Won the everlasting silver threads.

 Suffering is a part of emotions 
often it unites me with the nature 
where I could heal my self!!

Workshop on "Academic Writing and Publishing"

 Today ,I have attended Insightful Workshop on "Academic Writing and Publishing" by Dr Sathyaraj Venkatesan ,Professor of English, Department of Humanities and Social Science , (NIT Trichy).This session was very useful and it has given fresh and new perspectives, I have learnt about the importance of Writing,Research and crucial role of Publications in the current scenario especially in the AI generation.  Firstly I was wondered, When he says "Teaching is a Ever Expanding Roles", it emphasis that Teaching is not just teach the concept with the passion to students like traditional way as it needs multiple roles to do simultaneously such as Research writing, Innovator mentor ship , supervision, administration, public engagement and Entrepreneurial Roles which is mandatory to achieve state of the Art in higher education,as it changes dramatically and so rapidly towards a managerial Outlook.
